Asa Market is the key to finding the flavours of the Middle East at your doorstep. We are an online supermarket specialising in premium Persian and Middle Eastern food products and more. With over 10 years’ experience in the wholesale industry, our products sold on Asa Market are of fantastic value and prices.

Are you open every day?

You can shop at any time with us on our website, and deliveries will be sent across Monday-Friday.

How do I order products/groceries from ASA Market?

Shopping at Asa Market is easy! Simply browse through the various categories and when you are ready, click ‘Add to Basket’ on the item you wish to add to your cart. Once you are done, simply go to checkout, fill in all the necessary details including payment and that’s it!

Is my address in your coverage area?

We deliver across Mainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands).

Is home delivery available?

Yes, our couriers deliver straight to your doorstep, so you can shop from the comfort of your home.

How do I track my package?

Once you have placed your order and it has been passed onto the couriers, you should receive an email or text notification from them.  The couriers will be able to update you on the location of your package.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay via PayPal or by entering your payment information with Global Payments.

Is cash on delivery available?

No, payments can only be made online at checkout.

If any damages or wrong product is delivered, how do I return the products?

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us by sending an email as soon as possible to info@asamarket.com and a member of the team will respond to you within 48 hours. Please note you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

How will I get my money back if I cancel the order?

Refunds will be delivered to the original payment method used.

How do I cancel an order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If, any reason you are not happy and wish to return anything bought from asamarket.com, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, please contact us or email us to info@asamarket.com and we will guide you the process.

Is there any additional charge if I cancel an order?

Refunds will have post and packing charges deducted. Where an order qualified for free post and packing, we will deduct our post and packing costs from the refund. 

How do I know when I will receive my delivery?

Delivery takes between 2-4 working days.

We have a minimum order of £20.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery if free for orders £50 and above. For orders under £50, there is a delivery charge of £3.99.
