Hani Ash Reshteh is a traditional noodle soup. Ash Reshteh is traditionally servedwith kashk (Persian sauce). Alternatively, you can consume Ash Reshteh with low fat quark. For this, you need to whip the curd until creamy. Ash Reshteh is served with flatbread, and is a hearty vegetarian meal.
Ash Reshte is well suited for winter times as it is served warm.

Tips: Warm up ready-made meal without opening it for approx. 15 minutes. Shake the ready meal well after heating it up before opening it. Once opened, the contents can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours without preservatives.
